Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance.

What areas do you cover?

Marlow and surrounding areas.

Can I meet you before my pets are left in your care?

We offer a free, no obligation meeting, where we can discuss your requirements face-to-face and ask any further questions.

What do you feed the pets?

We ask you to supply enough of the food they like to eat for their stay.

What about vaccinations?

All pets must have appropriate and up-to-date vaccinations, and to have been treated for fleas and worms.

Do you look after kittens too?

Oh yes, we love to!

Can you administer my pet medication?

We can do, but would decide this on a case-by-case basis.

What do I do if I need to cancel?
